The Opportunity:
This role has a strong focus on workforce data HR systems and process administration supporting the efficient delivery of People & Culture services across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records coordinating changes and ensuring HR processes are completed correctly and on time.
This is a hands-on productive role within a collaborative P&C team suited to someone who enjoys working with systems data and structured processes and takes pride in accuracy and reliability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage transactional requests within the People & Culture inbox and progress actions to completion
- Process employee lifecycle changes including variations exits and updates in HR systems
- Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS SharePoint and employee files
- Prepare and issue employee correspondence using approved templates
- Provide administrative support for People & Culture projects and initiatives
- Assist with document reviews data validation and employee communications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in an administrative data-focused role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
- Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organisational skills and reliability
- Ability to work productively as part of a People & Culture / HR / Corporate Services team
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders
