Job Summary
Eligibility & Enrollment Intake Specialist
Pay:$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Eligibility & Enrollment Intake Specialist to support high-volume eligibility determinations certifications and enrollments. This role is critical to ensuring accurate timely and fully compliant documentation while meeting performance expectations.
This is a production-driven position requiring strong policy interpretation skills exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage back-to-back appointments while maintaining audit-ready files.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eligibility determinations for various assistance and workforce-related programs
- Collect verify and accurately document required eligibility information and supporting documentation
- Complete certifications and enrollments within the designated case management system
- Enter detailed and compliant case notes
- Upload organize and maintain documentation to ensure audit readiness
- Schedule and conduct certification and enrollment appointments within required timelines
- Meet weekly enrollment benchmarks and productivity goals
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in:
- Case management
- Eligibility determination
- Compliance-driven documentation
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedural guidelines
- Experience working within case management systems
- Experience preparing files for monitoring or audit review
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage high appointment volume while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback in a performance-driven environment
Preferred Education
Associates or Bachelors degree in:
- Human Services
- Business
- Public Administration
- Related field
