CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is looking for a high-energy results-driven Automotive Sales Floor Manager to take charge of the showroom and keep our sales momentum strong.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the sales floor with a focus on coaching in the moment and driving deals forward. Automotive Sales Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front by actively managing the showroom floor and supporting the sales team in real time
- Desk deals structure transactions and help close opportunities to maximize profitability
- Coach and develop sales consultants through daily interaction mentorship and accountability
- Maintain strong awareness of customer traffic engagement and overall showroom flow
- Partner with leadership to drive store goals promotions and sales initiatives
- Ensure a consistent high-quality customer experience from greeting to delivery
- Monitor individual and team performance helping keep everyone focused and on track
- Step in to support negotiations and overcome objections when needed
- All other duties as assigned
Automotive Sales Floor Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales with leadership or desking experience strongly preferred
- Strong closing skills and the ability to structure and finalize deals
- High energy competitive mindset and a team-first attitude
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership sales processes
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
