TheMarTechIntegration Specialist is the strategic architect and technical lead for our marketing ecosystem and will work on theMarTech& Digital Experience role focuses on designing andmaintainingreliable integrations between marketing and commercial platforms to ensure consistent data flow and system stability.

You will partner closely with the Marketing Team Commercial Platforms COE - Data Engineering & Analytics teams to ensure that our technology stack drives actionable insightseliminatesdata silos and enables hyper-personalized customer experiences. You willbe responsible forthe connective tissue that transforms raw data into a strategic business advantage.

HowYoullWork

As aMarTechIntegration Specialist in theMarTechorganization you will sit at the center of a collaborative hub:

  • With Sales Operations & Salesforce: You will coordinate with Sales Operations and Salesforce teams to ensure lead routing enrichment and handoff logic function reliably across systems (LeanData).

  • With Marketing Operations & GTM Teams:You will partner with Marketing Operations and lifecycle leads to understand lead flow segmentation and activation needs translating them into reliable system integrations.

  • With Platform Owners:You will work closely with the Web & Digital Asset PlatformSpecialistandother platform owners to integrate CMS DAM and activation systems without duplicating ownership.

  • With Data Engineering & AnalyticsCOE:You will partner with Data Engineering to ensure customer and lead data flows correctly into downstream data platforms with clear mappings validation and runbooks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Integration & System Architecture

  • Connect the Dots:Design build andmaintainintegrations between core systems (CRM Marketing Automation CDP Ad Platforms and Data Warehouses).

  • Partner with the Web & Digital Asset PlatformSpecialistto integrate CMS data and events into downstream systems.

  • Marketing & Marketing Ops Partnership:Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs that support scalable campaigns using tools like Marketo Qualified ON24andCvent.

  • API & Middleware Management:Implement and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) webhooks Marketo Launchpad and iPaaS workflows ( Zapier).

  • Lead Routing:Technical ownership of lead routing processes: routing enrichment scoring and thehandoffSLAs between Marketing and Sales (Marketo & SFDC).

Flow & Integration Reliability

  • Unified Customer View:Implement identity resolution (user IDs anonymous vs. known) to ensure a 360-degree view of the customer acrossCMS propertiesand warehouse backend systems.

  • Commercial Platforms COE Collaboration:Partner with Data Engineering to develop ETL/ELT pipelines for customer data ensuring reliability and clear runbooks.

  • Troubleshooting & Quality:Troubleshoot integration-related data issuesacrossacrossCRM MAP and Analytics driving root-cause fixes for data hygieneor data mapping issues.

3. Governance & Platform Administration

  • System Audits:Conduct regularMarTechaudits to check the health of current toolsidentifyintegration gaps andoptimizethe stack.

  • Documentation:Own the Source of Truth documentation includingintegrationarchitecture diagrams data dictionaries and field maps.

  • Privacy & Compliance:Collaborate with Data Governance COE to ensure integrations respectconsentsignals and data handling standards(PII GDPRetc).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree:Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Marketing Technology or equivalent experience.

  • 7Years of experience in Marketing Operations orMarTechEngineering

Technical Proficiency

  • Hands-on experience integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with downstream marketing and CRM platforms

  • API Mastery:Deep experience with OAuth2 token-based auth rate limits and pagination.

  • Data Literacy:Solid SQL skills and comfort working with data warehouses (SnowflakeBigQuery or Redshift).

  • Stack Experience:5 years of experience integrating at least two of the following:

  • CMS:Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Marketo forms

  • CRM/MAP:Salesforce & Marketo.

  • Customer data and behavioral data platforms () as integrationendpoints.

  • iPaaS:Workato MuleSoft or Zapier.

Operational & Analytical Mindset

  • Systems Thinking:Ability to see how a change in one toolimpactsthe entire ecosystem.

  • Communication:Ability to explain technical plumbing to non-technical marketing partners in terms of business value and customer insight.

  • Structured Delivery:Comfortable working in sprint-based environments with a focus on QA/UAT and post-release monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scripting:Experience in Python or JavaScript for data transformation and automation.

  • Modern Data Stack:Familiarity withdbtor Reverse ETL tools ( Census).
