Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Perform QA testing of campaigns before deployment
Validate emails landing pages forms and campaign setup
Check segmentation audience targeting and suppression rules
Test automation workflows and Engagement Studio journeys
Validate email templates links and personalization
Use tools like Litmus Email Testing / Email on Acid for email testing
Verify campaign scheduling and readiness before launch
Monitor campaigns after launch and fix issues

Required Skills

Experience in marketing automation (Pardot preferred)
Strong QA/testing knowledge
Understanding of campaign workflows and segmentation
Experience in email testing and validation
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
Basic HTML knowledge
Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
