You will play a key part in resolving technical issues implementing product and process improvements and collaborating across cross-functional teams to enhance existing ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and resolve complex technical issues affecting existing products and with manufacturing quality and design teams to identify root causes of product failures and implement effective corrective continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product reliability performance and technical documentation including reports drawings specifications bills of materials and manufacturing instructions for HVAC-related projects and and manage sustaining engineering projects ensuring on-time delivery compliance and adherence to scope and maintain product change information Bills of Materials and product routing expert technical support to field service and technical sales teams including troubleshooting and feasibility degree in Engineering or a College Diploma/Technology Program in Mechanical Electrical or a related problem-solving skills including experience with root cause analysis understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting organized detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality SkillsBackground in sustaining engineering product support or similar roles.
