Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer)
Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy

Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing and efficiency

Annual Base Salary Range:$80000- $95000commensuratewith experience and qualifications
