As aProgramme Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a regional PMO function acrossCEE and the wider EMEA region supporting complex capital works programs for a global client. Acting as a trusted partner to the Senior Program Manager you will oversee program governance planning reporting and performance managementensabling delivery teams to succeed rather than delivering projects directly yourself. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a matrix international environment and enjoys orchestrating multiple stakeholders suppliers and project managers across borders. You will be at the centre of adaptive program management ensuring consistency transparency and continuous improvement across the portfolio.


What Youll Do

  • Partner closely with the Project Delivery Services Team
  • Lead the program management function for smaller or less complex sites ensuring strong governance planning and controls.
  • Manage the overall success of assigned regional portfolios including program planning budgets schedules risk management stakeholder approvals and resource alignment.
  • Oversee pipeline management workload forecasting and resource planning to balance demand with available delivery capability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for allocated projects coordinating delivery teams suppliers and in-country Project Managers.
  • Ensure consistent application of client standards change control risk management and reporting across all projects.
  • Establish and maintain structured reporting systems providing regular portfolio updates financial tracking and progress reporting to the client.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing templates standards and processes collaborating with regional and EMEA PMO teams to adopt best practices.


What Were Looking For

  • Strong program and portfolio management capability within international capital works or large-scale transformation environments.
  • Proven ability to manage PMO functions and distributed delivery teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent financial acumen with confidence managing budgets forecasts cash flow and expenditure reporting.
  • Highly developed stakeholder and client management skills with sound judgement around escalation and risk deescalation.
  • Clear confident communicator with strong presentation reporting and remote management skills; fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Structured analytical and highly organised able to prioritise effectively and operate under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative leader with strong EQ gravitas and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Mindset focused on quality optimisation and continuous improvement underpinned by integrity and trustworthiness.
