We are seeking aProduct Owner Cards Lifecycle & APIto lead digital initiatives across the end-to-end card lifecycle and API ecosystem. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy managing delivery and ensuring seamless customer experiences through secure scalable and compliant API-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Cards Lifecycle Management
- Own theend-to-end card lifecycleincluding onboarding activation PIN management balance transfers cash transfers credit limit adjustments rewards and account closure.
- Drive integration ofdigital wallets(Apple Pay Google Pay) and enhance mobile banking journeys.
- Deliverself-service featuresto reduce dependency on branch and contact centre channels.
- Collaborate with CX legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and customer-centric solutions.
API Product Ownership
- Define and manage theAPI roadmapfor card lifecycle journeys.
- Capture requirements forSystem APIs Conversion APIs and Experience APIsto enable seamless integration across mobile and web channels.
- Ensure APIs meetISO data standards security protocols and scalability requirements.
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
- Translate business needs intoepics user stories and backlog items.
- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning stand-ups retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with UX/UI agencies technology partners and operations teams to deliver optimized digital journeys.
- Drive adoption of digital services achieving measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise inCredit Cards lifecycle managementandAPI ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience withAPI lifecycle management(design development testing deployment).
- Familiarity withmobile app security(MFA App PIN Face ID digital tokens).
- Proficiency inAgile methodologiesand product ownership practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
