As a Product Owner Digital Service & Renew youll be accountable for the design and delivery of endtoend digital service experiences across multiple brands and products. Working within a highperforming delivery squad youll help shape the future of customer service through modern agile and customercentric digital solutions.

About the Role

Digital Insurer (DI) is a largescale business transformation program focused on delivering modular cloudbased policy administration and seamless digital experiences. Within the Service & Renew team you will:

  • Support the delivery of worldleading digital service experiences that enable new customer propositions and features over time in line with CAPDAN principles
  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital initiatives as a core member of a delivery squad including backlog prioritisation and business approvals
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital service providing clear direction and resolving complex questions to ensure ontime onbudget delivery
  • Partner closely with BAU teams technology operations and program stakeholders to align strategies and build shared ownership of outcomes
  • Champion new ways of working product thinking and digital agility to support future operating models

What Youll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Commerce Information Systems or a related discipline (mandatory)
  • Financial Services industry experience (desirable)
  • 3 years experience in the digital domain including Design/UX conversion and digital best practice
  • 3 years experience in customer experience management
  • 2 years experience delivering projects or initiatives
