As a Product Owner Digital Service & Renew youll be accountable for the design and delivery of endtoend digital service experiences across multiple brands and products. Working within a highperforming delivery squad youll help shape the future of customer service through modern agile and customercentric digital solutions.
About the Role
Digital Insurer (DI) is a largescale business transformation program focused on delivering modular cloudbased policy administration and seamless digital experiences. Within the Service & Renew team you will:
Support the delivery of worldleading digital service experiences that enable new customer propositions and features over time in line with CAPDAN principles
Lead the planning and delivery of digital initiatives as a core member of a delivery squad including backlog prioritisation and business approvals
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital service providing clear direction and resolving complex questions to ensure ontime onbudget delivery
Partner closely with BAU teams technology operations and program stakeholders to align strategies and build shared ownership of outcomes
Champion new ways of working product thinking and digital agility to support future operating models
What Youll Bring
Tertiary qualification in Business Commerce Information Systems or a related discipline (mandatory)
Financial Services industry experience (desirable)
3 years experience in the digital domain including Design/UX conversion and digital best practice
3 years experience in customer experience management
2 years experience delivering projects or initiatives
Personal Qualities
Strong passion for digital and customer experience
Calm patient and confident when working with diverse stakeholders
Highly structured logical and detailoriented
Able to simplify complex technical concepts for a broad audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Selforganised disciplined and outcomesfocused
Collaborative team player with a solutionoriented mindset
Naturally curious innovative and creative
