About The Opportunity

This position is responsible for ensuring the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre delivers industry-standard technical services to all internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of events and performances by providing high-quality technical expertise across areas such as lighting audio staging and venue operations. This is a dynamic role suited to someone with a passion for the performing arts and a commitment to excellence in technical service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical theatre work.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer/client service.
  • Demonstrated competence in using Windows desktop software applications.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team in a professional and positive manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively and present a customer focused approach to people at all levels within the public and private sectors.
  • Ability to work flexible hours appropriate for the operation of the venue.
