Job Summary
As the Assistant Front of House Manager at Waynesville Inn & Golf Tapestry by Hilton you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our front of house team. You will assist in managing daily activities ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service in a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing front of house operations to ensure efficient and high-quality guest service.
- Support train and motivate front of house staff to achieve service excellence.
- Help manage scheduling and daily staff assignments to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with health safety and service standards.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality management role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with scheduling and reservation software is a plus.
