Overview
Apogee is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to leadership on human resource related issues and help drive organizational effectiveness talent development and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations performance management and conflict resolution
- Support workforce planning talent acquisition and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Support change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Assist with coaching managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
Qualifications
MinimumExperience:
Citizenship:Must be a US citizen
Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field
Years of Experience: 10 years of progressive HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred)
Additional Experience:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Dayforce UKG Workday)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: HR Certification (e.g. SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR SPHR)
Additional Experience:
- Experience supporting multiple business units or a fast-paced environment
- Experience working for a Government contractor or other highly regulated environment

On-site/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

USD $99670.00 - USD $137047.00 /Yr.
