DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Business Advisory Services is a key member of the U.S. & Canada Consumer Operations Business Advisory team reporting to the Senior Director Business Advisory person is responsible to serve as an automation builder; designing building and deploying lowcode/nocode workflow solutions that reduce manual effort streamline operations and unlock revenuegenerating impact across the continent. This role works closely with partners across Global Consumer Operations Digital iT Brand and Field teams to turn business needs into scalable sustainable solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform Copilot Studio and related tools.
This position requires a unique blend of industry understanding technical aptitude and entrepreneurial curiosity. The ideal candidate brings experience working in an operational fieldconnected environment and iscomfortable navigating layered structures diverse stakeholders and crossfunctional decisionmaking. The Senior Manager will work with autonomy manage a focused backlog and prioritize solutions that help grow topline performance and unlock value for our hotels and internal teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major AND
- 4 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
OR
- 6 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Preferred
- Experience with low code/no code development (e.g. Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint Dataverse Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology logic-based problem solving and workflow design. Strong analytical problemsolving and workflowmapping skills with curiosity to identify and automate business problems.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Design build test and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Copilot Studio and other integrated tools
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements map workflows and assess feasibility
- Maintain and groom a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities aligned to strategic priorities
- Document business processes solution architecture data models and deployment plans
- Implement automations that drive revenue enablement organizational clarity and stakeholder experience
- Lead intake discussions and facilitate crossfunctional prioritization across multiple business partners
- Translate operational needs into clear technical designs and actionable user stories
- Provide technical thought partnership on possibilities tradeoffs scalability and reuse
- Build strong relationships across Consumer Operations including Revenue Management Sales Marketing/Digital and Field teams
- Apply data security privacy and responsible development practices in all builds
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise guidelines and are designed for longterm sustainability
- Establish lightweight governance standards and naming conventions to ensure quality and consistency
- Operate with high autonomy delivering highquality work with minimal supervision
- Contribute to a collaborative environment with a small team of builders and a data scientist
- Share learnings reusable components and best practices to accelerate the teams collective capabilities
