As a Human Resources Business Partner youll be a trusted strategic advisor to operational leaders helping them navigate workforce planning talent development and organizational change. This role is for someone who can strengthen existing processes create new solutions when needed and thrive in an environment that is always evolving.

What Were Looking For

5 years of progressive experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g. employee relations talent management compensation benefits). Healthcare industry experience a bonus.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Extensive knowledge of employment wage and hour and labor law required; Montana regulations experience highly preferred
HR certification (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP) a plus
Experience with facilitation training delivery and presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience (Workday Meditech or API) a bonus

Passionate about coaching leaders developing talent and building high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
Provide counsel on talent management organizational design and workforce planning
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition Learning & Development and Total Rewards to deliver integrated HR support
Use people analytics and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
Champion a high-performing inclusive and engaging workplace culture
Own HR operations such as FMLA ADA accommodations and job description development

This position works primarily on-site in Kalispell with rotations to Whitefish.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
