Binnen de afdeling Production van Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een:
Shift Technician 4-5 ploegen (1 FTE)
Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor continuïteit op technisch gebied in de ploeg bij de disciplines PCVD trekken kleuren & ringmarkeren. Je zorgt ervoor dat binnen jouw team het eerstelijns en autonoom onderhoud correct wordt uitgevoerd. Je stelt samen met jouw Shift Leader prioriteiten en bottlenecks vast en zorgt voor actieplannen. Je bent samen met de Shift Leader verantwoordelijk voor een correcte overdracht tussen ploegen. Je zorgt er mede voor dat er in alle teams op dezelfde manier gewerkt wordt en dat er constant gewerkt wordt om structureel de processen te verbeteren. Je bent discussiepartner bij technische problemen en bepaalt bij inzet van consignatie de prioriteiten. Je beoordeelt wijzigings- en vrijgavevoorstellen en geeft waar nodig feedback. Je treedt indien nodig op als vervangend calamiteitenleider.
Kennis
- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding Procestechniek (Vapro C);
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een high tech productieomgeving bij
- voorkeur in de glasvezelindustrie;
- Je hebt basis statistische kennis SPC;
- Je bent in het bezit van VOL-VCA of bent bereid deze te gaan volgen;
- Je bent in het bezit van het certificaat VCR-koppelingen of bereid dit te gaan behalen;
- Je spreekt de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en begrijpt (technisch) Engels.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
De functie is ingeschaald in salarisschaal 8.
Je komt te werken in een 4/5 ploegenrooster.
Perspectief
Op korte en/ of middellange termijn zal in de organisatie een vacature ontstaanvoor de functie van Shiftleader. Bij gebleken geschiktheid kun je er voor inaanmerking komen om door te groeien naar deze functie. Hier zal bij hetwervingsproces rekening mee gehouden worden.
