As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Honda Group we have been operating in Germany since 1998 and have had a branch in Barcelona Spain since 2007. We also operate our financial services business with partner banks in 15 European countries.

Tasks

  • Define and implement the sales strategy for Germany and Spain in line with Honda Motor Europe and regional objectives
  • Own the full commercial cycle including sales planning forecasting pricing negotiations contract management and campaigns
  • Drive revenue and portfolio growth across retail finance leasing wholesale and insurance products
  • Lead Key Account Management and develop long-term strategic partnerships with dealer networks in both markets
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Pricing Marketing Risk Compliance and Business Solutions to ensure compliant and effective execution
  • Manage sales budgets performance targets and regular reporting to senior management
  • Continuously optimise sales processes tools and governance frameworks
  • Lead develop and inspire high-performing multi-country sales teams while fostering collaboration across Germany and Spain

Requirements

  • 1015 years of experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles with international or multi-country responsibility
  • Strong experience in regulated or captive business environments (e.g. financial services automotive industrial sectors)
  • Proven track record of building leading and scaling successful sales organisations
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and influencing skills at senior level
  • High intercultural competence and collaborative leadership style
  • Fluent in English
  • German or Spanish desired
