- Lead and develop the SEA team to achieve strategic operational and financial objectives through clear guidance coaching and motivation.
- Define and execute a data-driven SEA strategy to drive growth and efficiency across all markets and platforms.
- Oversee the planning execution and continuous optimization of paid search campaigns ensuring best-in-class account structures bidding strategies keyword portfolios and creative assets.
- Ensure full alignment between media promotional and commercial plans to foster sustainable business growth.
- Analyze campaign and market data to identify opportunities challenge existing approaches and align initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain accurate and transparent reporting of key performance indicators enabling data-based decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing leadership team to enhance bidding tracking and reporting systems building a strong balance between demand capture and demand generation.
Qualifications :
- Several years of experience in paid search management ideally with a proven record in leading teams and developing large-scale SEA strategies.
- In-depth expertise with Google Ads Microsoft Advertising and associated search and shopping ecosystems including automation bidding and feed optimization tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into measurable growth initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs attribution models and the interplay between SEA SEO social and display channels.
- Proven communicator and people leader who can inspire collaboration across teams and departments.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing conversion tracking and advanced campaign optimization methodologies.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Degree in marketing business administration economics or a related field.
