Job Summary:
- Support daily operations of the Windows infrastructure environment in a remote capacity (NY NJ PA DE only)
- Own and manage the Windows operations ticket queue including prioritization troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide 3rd-level escalation support for end-user issues related to Microsoft 365 identity and access and remote access technologies (VDI Citrix)
- Perform user account provisioning and deprovisioning in Active Directory
- Assist with Windows Server builds provisioning and routine administration tasks
- Utilize and make minor edits to existing automation scripts with manual intervention as needed
- Communicate ticket status risks and issues effectively to the Windows team
- Support additional Windows administration tasks as assigned
- Work closely with senior administrators and provide hands-on operational support across core Microsoft platforms
- Required skills include hands-on Windows Server administration Active Directory and Microsoft 365 knowledge ITSM ticket management and familiarity with remote access tools (VDI Citrix)
- Must possess strong troubleshooting communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently within established processes
