Floating Concierge Full-Time Multi-Property Coverage

Stratton Amenities provides luxury front desk concierge services for upscale residential communities. We are seeking a reliable polished and adaptable Floating Concierge to support multiple properties within the market.

This is a full-time role with 40 guaranteed hours per week.

The Floating Concierge plays a key operational role by ensuring consistent coverage and service standards across the portfolio.

Role Overview

You will be assigned to different properties based on staffing needs including call-offs scheduled time off new property launches and coverage gaps.

You are expected to step into any building and operate at full standard immediately.

The properties may vary. The service standard does not.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage across multiple residential properties
• Manage building access visitor announcements and lobby presence
• Handle packages deliveries key control and logging systems
• Answer phones and resolve resident requests professionally and efficiently
• Learn and follow each propertys procedures quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk environment
• Conduct light property walks and report any concerns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality concierge or customer-facing roles
• Experience in luxury residential hotel or high-end environments preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams environments and expectations
• Strong judgment accountability and attention to detail

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time position with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Flexible schedule required including:
  • Days evenings and overnight shifts
  • Weekends and holidays
• Weekly assignments vary based on operational needs

This role requires flexibility and consistency. You are expected to perform at a high level regardless of location or shift.
