As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Sacramento CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents and support a professional environment through strong customer service and this role you will reflect Allied Universals values by being agile reliable and innovative while putting people first working as a team and acting with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and/or members of the public by carrying out assigned security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.
• Monitor access points observe site activity and report suspicious behavior maintenance concerns and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Complete routine reports and document incidents patrol activity and/or notable observations in support of site operations and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
