Job Summary

Title: Journey App Software Developer
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: ( Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a Journey App Software Developer to design build and enhance digital journey-based applications that support customer and/or field service workflows. This role will focus on developing scalable user-centric applications that streamline business processes improve user experience and enable end-to-end journey orchestration.

This is a hands-on development role working closely with product UX and backend teams to deliver modern applications aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop journey-based applications supporting customer sales or field service workflows
Build and maintain web and/or mobile applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Integrate applications with APIs backend systems and enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM)
Develop reusable components and scalable architecture for journey orchestration
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning standups retrospectives)
Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance
Ensure code quality through testing code reviews and CI/CD practices

Required Skills

5 years of software development experience
Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (React Angular or Vue)
Experience building customer-facing or workflow-driven applications
Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL)
Knowledge of backend technologies ( .NET Java or Python)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience with journey orchestration platforms (e.g. Salesforce Journey Builder Adobe Experience Platform Pega ServiceNow or similar)
Experience with ERP/CRM integrations (SAP Salesforce Dynamics)
Mobile development experience (React Native Flutter etc.)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience in industrial supply chain or field service environments
