Location: Houston TX (Hybrid: Onsite Mon-Thu Friday remote option)

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy innovative business applications using Microsoft PowerApps within the Power Platform ecosystem ensuring rapid delivery of scalable solutions for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with business teams to capture requirements translate needs into effective technical solutions and deliver user-friendly functional applications.
Integrate PowerApps with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse and SQL Server ensuring seamless data flow and robust performance.
Build scalable maintainable applications following Power Platform best practices ensuring high quality and security standards.
Troubleshoot optimize and enhance existing PowerApps applications to improve functionality performance and user experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure applications align with organizational processes and data architecture for maximum business impact.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of application development experience with a focus on Microsoft PowerApps and the Power Platform.
Proven track record of designing and deploying real-world production-ready PowerApps solutions.
Strong proficiency with Dataverse SQL Server and other relational databases.
Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to development challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Familiarity with other Power Platform components such as Power Automate and system integrations.
Experience developing applications that connect with enterprise systems and workflows.
