- Serve coffee drinkstoguests.
- Serve various items like pastries and juices including seasonal specials to guests
- Ensure theMarketplaceis clean organized and inviting.
- Be able to answerguestsquestions about the resortand/or surrounding area in a polite and warm manner.
- Assist in serving food andbeverageto guests in a friendly attentive manner if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Assist guests with purchases in theMarketplace including product recommendations and completing transactions through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain theMarketplaceby restockingorganizing displays and ensuring the space remains clean and presentable.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs or discrepancies to management.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation of retail sales in accordance with hotel financial procedures.
- Follow 4 Keys service standards standard operation procedures and safety standards.
- Follow safety and security procedures.
- Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
- Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations.
- Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
- Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus tips
