Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members are critical to this role.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- BCLS certification
- NRP certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
- Active Registered Nurse license
- BCLS certification
- NRP certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience

Special Considerations:
- May be required to float between like units specifically nursery role transition role if delivery volumes are high.
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period.

Scheduling:
- Start date: ASAP
- Ratios: 1:2
- Weekend Requirement: Equivalent to every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) plus 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
- Open to accommodating block schedule per manager discretion
- RTO must be included at time of submission
