MercyOne operates two hospital-based skilled nursing units and a 40-bed nursing home.

72 hours per pay period 2 day shifts and 1 night shift per week

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduatefrom an accredited school of nursingis.
- Bachelors degree is required within five (5) years of hire with continuous enrollment in a relevant program documented
- Current Iowa RNlicense
- At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experienceis.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) iswithin three (3) months of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) iswithin three (3) months of hire.
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training iswithin six (6) months of hire.
- Specialty practice certification is preferred.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative shared leadership environment.
- Mustpossessa personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy mission vision goals and values of Trinity Health andMercyOne.
