Job Description
Working as a Legal Intern at ASML you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in handling the following matters:
Conduct legal research on various corporate & compliance topics
Assist in reviewing and drafting different kinds of commercial contracts
Analyze facts and issues of business cases
Assist in responding to legal requests from other departments and providing creative & feasible solutions
Help prepare presentations and conduct daily corporate processes
Assist legal counsels in other general matters
Requirements
Oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint and Excel
Proactive and positive attitude eager to learn and take challenges and enjoy working as a team
