Job Summary
Introduction to the job
This role is critical in ensuring safe structured and executable system integration and maintenance activities. The position operates at the intersection of planning safety execution and configuration control enabling reliable machine operations and continuous improvement.
The role supports end-to-end system integration maintenance planning and execution readiness. It bridges safety engineering execution teams and global stakeholders to ensure deliverables are prepared aligned and executed according to ASML standards and local configurations.
Role and responsibilities
Has some work experience in specific Project Management roles and project delivery. Has good knowledge of compentence or technical area managed and awareness of the business issues.
Education and experience
- Ensure all safety requirements and procedures are identified highlighted and prepared by Safety Engineers including Work Permits and SRB documentation.
- Own and manage preparation activities ensuring that sequences COI deliverables and prerequisites are completed on time.
- Maintain and update operational and OPP planning boards to reflect current execution status and changes.
- Merge and integrate sequences into the overall works plan ensuring consistency and alignment across activities.
- Fine-tune and localize sequences to align with local system configuration and site-specific requirements.
- Coordinate and support execution activities related to approved sequences.
- Collect execution feedback update Best Known Methods (BKM) and ensure lessons learned are recorded.
- Share knowledge and updates through relevant platforms and in central and global meetings.
- Control and manage machine configuration and prepare machine planning for PM schedule arrangement.
- Track execution status and ensure traceability of planned versus executed activities.
- Align new BETA FCO and patch activities with Veldhoven teams and prepare related execution materials.
- Act as owner of FCO and patch upgrade golden packages ensuring solution implementation is traceable and complete.
- Support skill development and role readiness for system owners including weekend duty responsibilities when required.

- Skill in automation paper work and excel if familiar with AI tool will be grate.
Working Type
normal is office hours but will need to weekend duty and N-shift base on request
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
