Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The role involves evaluating cardiopulmonary function treating cardiopulmonary impairments assessing treatment effectiveness and providing care for patients with deficiencies or abnormalities in the cardiopulmonary system.

The role involves evaluating cardiopulmonary function treating cardiopulmonary impairments assessing treatment effectiveness and providing care for patients with deficiencies or abnormalities in the cardiopulmonary system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up administer and monitor oxygen/humidity delivery devices and therapeutic modalities (e.g. masks cannulas trach masks).
- Administer treatment modalities including medicated aerosols incentive spirometry chest physical therapy sputum induction and continuous nebulizer therapy.
- Manage mechanical ventilation and non-invasive mask ventilation including airway management and tracheal suctioning.
- Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation endotracheal intubation and extubation as needed.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as blood gases electrocardiograms pulse oximetry peak flow monitoring EEGs and pulmonary function tests.
- Conduct patient assessments formulate care plans and communicate changes with the healthcare team.
- Maintain clean and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Qualifications:
- Ohio Medical Board License.
- BLS ACLS and NRP certifications.
- Diploma from a college-based respiratory program.
- Registry or registry-eligible by the NBRC.
