Job Summary

Description:

Ensure the supplier is manufacturing components according to valid specifications and approved procedures from project related quality plan. Follow all production steps from inspection to raw material before production starts to final approval of the components. Clarify questions and provide advice to the suppliers regarding specifications. This includes guidance for sub-suppliers specifications. Establish non conformity reports and weekly meetings with supplier this is an ongoing process as corrective and preventive actions are needed to ensure a continuous improvement of quality management system.

Note: This site is unionized and workers will be eligible for conversions after 90 days of employment. Additionally once they become FTE they will receive a pay increase every 6 months thereafter.

The position will be for 2nd shift and training may be on 1st or 2nd shift depending on business needs.
