Job Summary
Guest Room Attendants provide friendly courteous Family-Style Service to guests while cleaning guest rooms in their assigned area. They display a strong commitment to customer service through the delivery of our service standards safety procedures and standard operating Room Attendants ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms to uphold hotel standards. Duties include cleaning dusting vacuuming replenishing supplies changing linens and sanitizing bathrooms. Attention to detail efficiency and a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Cleans all assigned rooms to company standard within designated work period
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
- Follows all safety protocols and reports unsafe working conditions immediately
- Follows lost and found policies and procedures
- Plans organizes and completes work timely
- Takes initiatives shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
- Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to use cleaning products in a safe manner.
Ability to work as part of a team in an efficient manner.
Ability to work under time pressure in a disruptive environment.
High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
- Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
