Job Summary
E-Logic is seeking a Budget & Financial Analyst to support cost analysis forecasting and financial management for Department of Health and Human Services Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) Program Management Office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities
- Support budget formulation and cost center planning
- Perform trend analysis for out-year financial planning
- Analyze billing data invoices and cost recovery opportunities
- Support financial reporting and cost savings tracking
- Assist in validating pricing and funding impacts
Requirements
- Experience with federal budgeting or telecom cost analysis
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills
- Knowledge of cost recovery and invoice validation processes
