What youll be doing
- Lead the housekeeping function to ensure our learning location is consistently clean welcoming and ready for guests
- Manage motivate and support the housekeeping team
- Take an active role in recruiting training and developing team members
- Prepare staff rotas and plan deepcleaning schedules
- Organise guest room changes and ensure smooth changeovers
- Work alongside your team during daytoday housekeeping leading by example
- Contribute to a flexible positive work environment where everyone supports each other to deliver an excellent guest experience

Juniper Hall is a 17th-century country house set in a peaceful wooded valley at the edge of Box Hill Surrey in an unspoilt area of the chalk North Downs. Surrounded by nature and rich in history it offers a truly unique working environment.
