What youll be doing

  • Lead the housekeeping function to ensure our learning location is consistently clean welcoming and ready for guests
  • Manage motivate and support the housekeeping team
  • Take an active role in recruiting training and developing team members
  • Prepare staff rotas and plan deepcleaning schedules
  • Organise guest room changes and ensure smooth changeovers
  • Work alongside your team during daytoday housekeeping leading by example
  • Contribute to a flexible positive work environment where everyone supports each other to deliver an excellent guest experience

Juniper Hall is a 17th-century country house set in a peaceful wooded valley at the edge of Box Hill Surrey in an unspoilt area of the chalk North Downs. Surrounded by nature and rich in history it offers a truly unique working environment.
