Job description
Workday Recruiting Consultant Workday Rcruiting Consultant 5 years experience in Recruiting Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint. Excellent Stakeholder-Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record. Minimum 3-4 End to End Implementation Experience. Core Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation Driving Design Workshop ConfigurationTestingDeployment etc. Recruiting Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements. Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues Stakeholder Management :Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal External Stakeholder3rd Party VendorsLegacy Systems. Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to iAbout us
