Working collaboratively with other clinic teams youll provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients from arrival through departure checking in patients contributing to clinic readiness. Bringing compassion and clarity to each patient interaction youll help ensure remarkable care every Youll Be DoingProvide Remarkable Care: Welcome patients complete check-ins explain exams and procedures coordinate workflow and guide preparation maintain accurate records address questions ease concerns and ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their Coordination: Respond to inbound inquiries maintain an organized patient-ready environment and assist with other related clerical Patient Scheduling: Ensure a seamless booking experience accurately booking diagnostic imaging with Clinic Teams: Partner across departments to help deliver a seamless and thoughtful Processes: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development to refine existing skills and build new Compliance: Follow privacy confidentiality safety and other regulatory Were Looking ForEducation: Diploma in Medical Administration Business Administration or a related field is considered an Background: Experience greeting patients and completing check-ins verifying documentation and maintaining accurate records with an interest in ongoing skill Expertise: Proven ability to coordinate and book diagnostic imaging or other medical appointments across multiple Coordination Experience: Background supporting workflow in partnership with other clinical teams preparing and guiding patients throughout their visit and contributing to the overall clinic Proficiency: Skilled using electronic medical record and radiology information systems and clinical software such as Netcare and QGenda along with Microsoft Office.A Compassionate Approach: A history of remarkable care collaboration adaptability and We OfferCompetitive Pay:Industry-leading wages vacation pay and unique additional earning & Wellness:Access to our Employee & Family Assistance -Term Savings Program:RRSP/TFSA InformationPosition Type: CasualWork Location: The successful candidate must be willing to work around 6 clinics in Edmonton and 1 clinic in Sherwood Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to commit to 4 weeks of consecutive full-time training between 7:15 am to 5:00 pm Monday through to Apply: Submit your interest by April 1 Canada Diagnostic CentresWith a network of over 43 community clinics across Alberta Saskatchewan Ontario and British Columbia we have been a leader and innovator in radiological services for more than 30 years.
