Were looking for an engaging growth-oriented leader with a member-first approach to come on board as our Area Manager at our Lloydminster location with consideration to other locations.
As the Area Manager you will be supporting a team of Agriculture or Commercial Business Advisors in our North West region as they build trust and tailor advice with our members to provide needs based solutions. You strike a balance of being responsible with risk management and credit quality while being bold to proactively strengthen relationships with members and our communities.
The preferred location for this position is Lloydminster however we are open to consider candidates in other locations as long as space is available.
How youll be spending your time
- Coaching empowering and leading a team ofBusiness Advisors tomaximize sales member experience business development and operational performance
- Ensuring the teams provision of holistic financial advice and service solutionsmeet new and existing business members needs
- Fostering retaining and growing Conexus business through the development of relationships with agriculture producers or businesses
- Ensuring theteam monitors portfolios toalignwith Conexus risk appetite
- Approving credit applications in alignment with adjudication policies and procedures
