Were seeking an energetic customer-focused HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization accuracy and people support-handling day-to-day HR coordination data entry and recruiting support. This position starts as temporary with the opportunity to transition into direct employment (and potentially grow into other HR roles) for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Workers Compensation administration (intake support documentation follow-ups tracking and communication)
- Assist with Talent Acquisition support including job postings applicant coordination and scheduling
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing (customer forms employee changes and HR records)
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as termination reports personnel updates and related forms
- Communicate professionally with employees managers and customers; provide timely updates and follow-through
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate recordkeeping across HR systems and files
Required Qualifications
- 2 years HR coordination experience (or similar administrative HR support role)
- Hands-on experience supporting Workers Compensation processes
- Experience with job postings and recruiting coordination (TA support)
- Strong accuracy in data entry and documentation (forms reports records)
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
- High energy positive attitude and a customer-service mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word) and comfort learning HR systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume fast-moving environment (manufacturing logistics construction etc.)
- HRIS experience (ADP Paycom UKG Workday or similar)
