Job Summary

At Visiting Angels we aim to Brighten the Home and Better the Health of our dear Clients. We Believe in serving others with Excellence in the comfort of their home.The Main office Staff works to facilitate and organizeexcellentclient care customer service and Caregiver support.
Position Purpose:
As an On-Call Specialist when the main office is closed you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound calls from Clients Management and Caregivers with the highest level of customer service and communication skills. This is a REMOTE position with limited time in the office. The schedule is one week on and one week off.
This overnight (after office hours) part-time position will offer a flat rate of $450/week.
Responsibilities:
- Must be available to WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS from home
- Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide high quality communication of services and information
- Identify and resolve priority issues
- Transfer/transcribe information to the appropriate resource
- Document all call information per standard operating procedures and ensure appropriate individuals are informed
- Maintain excellent kind and respectful communication with all staff members
Qualifications:
- Experience with a call center or customer support role preferred with a desire to help people
- Must have excellent phone verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with various personality types
- Ability to efficiently use our internal software and basic programs like Microsoft Word and the Google Platform
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to meet our drug policy and pass initial drug screen and background check
