Job Title: AM/DM – Engineering Utilities (API)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate & maintain utilities: Boiler HVAC Chillers Cooling Towers PW/WFI RO/DM Compressed Air Nitrogen
- Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production
- Plan preventive & predictive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP US FDA WHO guidelines
- Maintain SOPs logbooks and audit readiness
- Handle breakdowns RCA & CAPA
- Execute utility projects (installation commissioning IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Drive energy optimization & cost reduction
- Ensure EHS and safety compliance
- Manage team shifts and training
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./ (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Experience: 8 to 15 years
- Pharma/API experience required
Key Skills
- Utility systems & GMP knowledge
- HVAC & water system validation
- Troubleshooting & team handling
- SAP/CMMS exposure
