MaineGeneral Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team. This unique 30hour-per-week position blends inpatient cardiology hospitalist care with participation in our stresstesting program offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.
Provide inpatient cardiology hospitalist support in collaboration with our Cardiology team
Conduct and interpret cardiac stress tests
Participate in patient evaluation management and care planning
Work closely with physicians nurses and multidisciplinary staff to ensure highquality patient care
Contribute to a positive teamoriented clinical environment
Licensed Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner (Maine licensure or eligibility)
Experience in cardiology acute care or hospital medicine preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decisionmaking skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care model
