We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients developing treatment plans and helping individuals improve mobility and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Schedule & Work Hours

5 days per week
32 hours guaranteed
Additional hours may be available based on patient volume

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
