Job Summary
As the Administration Accounting Lead youll be the goto expert for accounting operations reporting training and overall support for the Passport Travel team. Youll help shape how our mid and backoffice travel systems work build smarter processes and drive performance by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics Leadership
Oversee maintain and improve all department reportingdaily weekly monthly and yearly.
Manage and support PCard reconciliation bill payments customer financial inquiries vendor payments agent statistical reporting travel reporting analytical insights and adhoc reporting.
Send track and analyze Passport Surveys.
Engage with Fox and airline partners.
Build and update content for the internal Empire Wire site.
Manage approver lists and access for Employee Travel.
Assist with companywide event support including the annual Travel Fair.
Lead prepayments reconciliations and forecasting.
Collaborate with Marketing on direct mail and email scheduling.
Communicate proactively across teams.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Additional duties as assigned.
Assist with Passport Loyalty and Team Member bookings during peak periods.
Sabre GDS knowledge helpful.
Qualifications
23 years in accounting travel agency or hotel experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Strong communication teamwork and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software systems; GDS experience a plus.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems CMS/Winet or airline systems is a bonus.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to meet department and company standards.
Mobility on the casino floor; ability to handle fastpaced environments.
Ability to stand walk bend stoop and respond to visual and audio cues.
Comfortable working near areas with secondary smoke.
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
Manual dexterity to operate computers and office equipment.
