The Opportunity:
Euna Payments is seeking an Implementation Manager independently motivated and ready to make our high-functioning Implementation Team even better.
As an Implementation Manager you will be our new customers primary contact overseeing the onboarding process from end-to-end. This is a multi-faceted set of responsibilities including requirements gathering configuration of our SaaS products to meet those requirements carrying out basic project management activities and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to adoption.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales product management customer success and technical support to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Implementation Manager is accountable for all tasks associated with these new engagements and is responsible for coordinating with our clients our clients vendors and multiple internal teams.
- On time and on budget execution of all phases of your project implementation from kickoff through transition to Support and Customer Success
- Ensure the technical team assigned to your implementation has all of the information they need to do their job
- Maintain all new client implementations or expansions in a Cloud Coach project schedule
- Communicate internal deliverables and client deliverables to the appropriate parties
- Communicate project status weekly to leadership and internal departments
- Suggest process and documentation improvements to the Director of Professional Services that may be uncovered during the project implementation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience managing multiple large complex and cross-functional software implementation projects preferably in a government or utilities environment.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Computer Science Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years managing software projects /banking/finance/point of sale or Cashiering experience.
- Must have software experience.
- Strong Excel and data skills
- Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams and be able to take the lead in a workshop environment.
- Experience with CRM ERP or other enterprise software implementations particularly GovTech is a plus.
- Familiarity with Autotask Asana or similar software for project tracking and time management is a plus.
Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta GA office.
