Job Summary
Supervisor Program IDD As a mission-driven organization we are intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals we services within a designated program including site operations case management and implementation of individual service plansSupervise/coordinate the daily activities of Direct Care Staff maintain schedules of Direct Care Staff and oversee the day-to-day operation of the programDeliver direct care services and support to assigned individuals we serve on an ongoing basisProvide input and feedback in hiring corrective action performance evaluations and termination decisionsEnsure onboarding orientation and ongoing training is deliveredSalary: $46488 Annually Salary plus overtime ($22.65 hourly)Schedule: Mon - Fri business hours plus after hours availabilityOpportunities for career growth!!Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human services with two years related experience orequivalent combination of education and experience1 - 2 years Supervisor Experience experience in residential or IDD population preferredOther education experience and licensure as required by applicable regulations and stateCurrent drivers license car registration and auto insurance Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlinesEffective communication skills to manage relationshipsA reliable responsible attitude and a compassionate approachWhy Join Us Full-time position (40 hours/week) Full compensation/benefits package plus401(k) with company Paid time off and holiday -Demand Pay-get paid for the days you work without waiting for payday!
