Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced WordPress Developer to build a fast scalable website that will support business growth.
You will work closely with design and marketing teams.
Project Details
- Duration: 23 months
- Effort: 80120 hours
- Goal: Launch a high-performance website
Key Responsibilities
Website Development
- Build responsive mobile-first WordPress website
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional pages
- Create templates for pages blogs landing pages and resources
- Maintain a clean and scalable backend
Performance Optimization
- Achieve page load time under 2.5 seconds
- Optimize images caching CDN and scripts
Integrations
- Connect with Zoho CRM and marketing tools
- Integrate Google Analytics Tag Manager and Search Console
- Ensure all lead forms sync with CRM
Conversion Optimization
- Implement lead forms and CTAs
- Set up landing pages and basic tracking
Security & Maintenance
- SSL backups updates and monitoring
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong WordPress development experience
- HTML CSS JavaScript PHP
- Experience with custom themes
- Performance optimization experience
- CRM/tool integrations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Elementor/Gutenberg/custom themes
- Familiarity with marketing tools
