Product Marketing Manager Industry

About the team & role:

• This is a high-impact new role within our Superior GTM & Product Strategy team. You will join a high-growth area of Rubriks industry product marketing focused on tailoring our data security message to specialised sectors like Healthcare Government and Sovereign Cloud.
• In this role you will drive the go-to-market execution and release marketing for a diverse portfolio of industries ranging from highly regulated public sector entities and sovereign clouds to critical infrastructure and healthcare. You will act as the primary marketing lead for industries in EMEA and APJ developing messaging and content to effectively communicate Rubriks value proposition. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining industry-specific digital assets and content repositories while supporting the long-term strategic messaging that positions Rubrik as a leader in global data security.

What youll do:

• Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop impactful product messaging and positioning that communicates Rubriks value proposition effectively to different industries
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Work with the product sales and broader marketing teams to create and execute successful GTM plans for new launches and product updates targeting industry product solutions
• Content Creation: Produce a variety of content including sales enablement tools product collateral customer case studies webinars blogs and whitepapers that highlight our industry solutions
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends competitive landscape and customer pain points specific to industries to inform messaging product roadmap and go-to-market initiatives.
• Sales Enablement: Develop training materials battlecards and product demonstrations to empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell Rubriks industry solutions
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales Customer Success and Product teams to gather customer insights use cases and feedback to refine product messaging and build customer advocacy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management Sales Demand Generation and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product and business goals.

Experience youll need:

• 7 years of experience in product marketing preferably in cybersecurity cloud or SaaS environments with a focus on industry marketing
• Strong understanding of regulated industries market dynamics and customer challenges.
• Proven track record in developing compelling product messaging and sales enablement content.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field.

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
