Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries procedures and functions
Understand business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions
Perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Optimize dashboard performance and handle large datasets efficiently
Collaborate with data engineers and business teams for data integration
Implement best practices for data visualization and storytelling
Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues
Mentor junior team members and guide best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Tableau (dashboarding visualization reporting)
Expertise in PL/SQL (query optimization stored procedures performance tuning)
Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle SQL Server etc.)
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization
