Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with advanced skills in Power BI DAX Power Automate and Power Query to join the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) this role you will lead the development and optimization of BI solutions build insightful dashboards and provide analytical support to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization with a continuous improvement mindset around automation and AI-assisted tooling as we continue to mature our reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite as primary data sources and a strong background in FP&A reporting and dashboarding within the software or SaaS industry.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholdersespecially in finance and operationsto translate complex data into actionable insights and support strategic initiatives through high-quality reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports based on SFDC and NetSuite data sources providing business stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and measures for Power BI reports and models.
• Leverage Power Query for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) ensuring high-quality clean and accurate data for reporting.
• Design and scale intelligent automation across data workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate and AI-assisted tooling reducing manual intervention and improving time-to-insight.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business including key performance drivers and metrics across functions (especially finance and operations) and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting uncover trends and inform strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Explore and implement AI-driven analytics capabilities to enhance the depth and speed of insights
• Conduct data validation testing and troubleshooting to ensure reports and dashboards are free of errors and deliver valuable insights.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (Desktop Service) for developing reports and dashboards.
• Advanced experience with DAX including the ability to create complex measures calculated columns and queries.
• Expertise in Power Query for data transformation cleansing and integration.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for automating workflows and reporting processes.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices in BI.
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite as data source systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in SQL databricks and working with relational databases.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of software business model and key metrics a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based BI tools (e.g. Azure AWS) is a plus.
• Experience with AI enabled tools is preferred.
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Tableau Qlik etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UX/UI design principles for BI reporting.
• Certification in Power BI or related technologies is highly preferred.

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
