TheOperationalFinanceAssociatereports tothe Director of Operational Finance andis responsible forreviewing new job information foraccuracy consistency andalignment with our organizational guardrailsand policies partnering with project management and leadership to advise and update discrepancies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment enjoys problemsolving and takes pride in delivering errorfree work. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth daytoday operations by analyzing informationidentifyingdiscrepanciesoptimizingworkflows andmaintaininghighquality standards across all tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review verify and process data with high attention to detail.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords reports and documentation.
  • Identifyinefficiencies errors or process gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and standardized processes.
  • Support audits reconciliations or quality checks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Applied experience using Excel to analyze information
  • Ability to focus on computer-based for work for extendedperiods of time
  • Confidence delivering feedback to project management teams
  • Customer service mentality with a willingness to serve
  • Comfortable following standardized procedures
  • Ability to document workflows and contribute to process improvements

PREFERRED

  • COINS Software or otherERP CRM or workflow management systems
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Professional auditing experience
  • Foundational knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
