Job Summary

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand production inventory capacity and cost drivers
  • Support forecasting budgeting and long-range planning with a focus on manufacturing cost inventory and working capital
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support sourcing strategies production planning and capital investment analysis
  • Support pricing margin and profitability analysis by linking operational inputs to financial outcomes
  • Develop dashboards reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Improve data quality transparency and adoption of analytical tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • 25 years of experience in FP&A supply chain finance operations finance or a related analytical role
  • Bachelors degree in finance Business Supply Chain or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Interest in sustainability agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
