Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand production inventory capacity and cost drivers
- Support forecasting budgeting and long-range planning with a focus on manufacturing cost inventory and working capital
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support sourcing strategies production planning and capital investment analysis
- Support pricing margin and profitability analysis by linking operational inputs to financial outcomes
- Develop dashboards reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Improve data quality transparency and adoption of analytical tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 25 years of experience in FP&A supply chain finance operations finance or a related analytical role
- Bachelors degree in finance Business Supply Chain or a related field
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Interest in sustainability agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
